Munchies Review #005- Churro Kit-Kat

It's wonderful to see Kit-Kat expand its flavor profile for regions beyond Japan. This time they've introduced the Churro Kit-Kat. As a personal churro connoisseur, I was immediately intrigued.

While I quite enjoyed this variant flavor, and can see the thought process behind this, I'd say it tastes more like French vanilla coffee creamer. A prominent vanilla flavor with a hint of cinnamon. Odd enough, Homer said it has a more powerful cinnamon taste with a hint of vanilla. Either way, we are in agreement that the key flavors on display are cinnamon and vanilla. But is that enough to live up to the advertised Churro name? I'm sad to report Kit-Kat has failed to scratch my churro itch.

Shortly after consumption, an irrational, straight up delusional, yet undeniably overwhelming itchiness spread across my skin. A rare phenomenon that medical professionals have categorized as the 'Churro Rash.' Once infected, the only way to satisfy the itch is to eat dozens of churros. The exact amount depends on your immune system,' height and weight, and possible medications you may be taking.

As I type this review, my co-workers have broken out into rashes. They’re all blindly scrambling the office in a desperate search to find what will appease their insatiable cravings. Since none of them have tried a churro before, they aren't quite sure what they are looking for.

If they are to find my hidden churro supply, I'm doomed to suffer the same fate as them.

Pray for me.

🔥🔥🔥/5

  1. Dominant cinnamon/vanilla flavor.

  2. Glad to see more KitKat varieties expand outside of Japan.

  3. Although yummy, this candy does not satisfy the “Churro Itch.”

  4. Pray for me.
